The Z-PUL24/SS button is a professional control component from EATON ELECTRIC, combining switching functionality with clear optical signaling. The device has been designed for versatile application in electrical installations, offering reliable operation and intuitive handling.

Construction and technical parameters

The device features a robust construction adapted to industrial requirements. The switching current is 16A, and the switching voltage reaches 250V AC, allowing for the safe control of high-power loads. The built-in LED with a maximum power of 2W operates at a voltage of 24V AC/DC, providing clear signaling of the operating status.

The compact design occupies only one module width (17.5mm), and the mounting depth is 60mm. A standard 45mm front ensures easy integration with existing systems. The design complies with IEC/EN 60669 and VDE 0632 standards, guaranteeing a high level of operational safety.

Functionality and contact configuration

The button is equipped with two normally open contacts (2NO), which allow for flexible creation of control circuits. The absence of normally closed and changeover contacts simplifies configuration while ensuring reliable operation in applications requiring the activation of loads.

The monostable mechanism guarantees a return to the initial position upon releasing the button, which is essential for safe operation. The IP40 protection rating protects against access to hazardous parts with a finger and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1mm in diameter.

Mounting and system compatibility

The device is adapted for mounting on a TH35 DIN rail, enabling quick installation in electrical switchboards. The connection wire cross-section can range from 1 to 10 mm², providing flexibility during installation.

The green color of the button facilitates identification of the "on" function, while the orange LED signals an active circuit state. The specially designed lens disperses the LED light, ensuring good visibility even in difficult lighting conditions.
