Technical parameters in practice

The rated continuous current Iu of 20A means that the switch can safely conduct this current for a long time without overheating. The rated operating power for AC-3 of 4 kW (at 400V) determines the maximum power of the receiver that can be connected to the switch with an asynchronous load (e.g. a motor). The lack of normally open or normally closed auxiliary contacts means there is no possibility of remote control of the switch status or signaling its position – the device is intended only for manual switching of the circuit.
