The ZP-A40/1 disconnector is a single-pole switch designed for safely disconnecting electrical circuits. The device is characterized by a rated current of 40A and a rated voltage of 400V, making it an ideal solution for electrical installations in residential and commercial buildings. Its compact design, occupying only one module width (60mm installation depth), facilitates mounting in distribution boards.

Functionality and flexibility

Application and compliance with standards

The ZP-A40/1 disconnector is used in AC installations where reliable circuit disconnection is required. It meets IP40 standard, which guarantees protection against access to live parts and protection against the influence of solid objects larger than 1mm. The marking with an "arrow" symbol on the housing facilitates identification of the device's function. The lack of enforced separation according to DIN VDE 0113 should be taken into account when designing the installation. It has one normally open and one normally closed contact, which increases its functionality in various circuit configurations.
