The M22-D-X actuator is a compact actuator element from the Eaton Moeller® M22 series, designed for professional control applications in industry and automation. The flat pushbutton without legend/label with a spring return function forms the basis of the RMQ-Titan modular system, enabling the creation of customized control solutions.

Design and technical parameters

The actuator element with a mounting diameter of 22,5 mm features a round lens and a classic titanium-colored design. Made of high-quality plastic, it ensures mechanical durability of up to 5 million operations, making it an ideal solution for applications requiring frequent use.

Compact dimensions of 30×30×30 mm and a mass of only 0,009 kg allow for dense packing in control panels. An actuation force of 5 N ensures comfortable operation while maintaining a precise response to commands.

Protection and operating conditions

The device offers the highest protection degree of IP67/IP69K and NEMA 4X class, guaranteeing tightness against dust, pressurized water, and extreme weather conditions. An operating temperature range from -25°C to +70°C and humidity resistance according to IEC 60068-2-78 and IEC 60068-2-30 standards allow for installation in harsh industrial environments.

Mechanical shock resistance up to 30 g (11 ms sinusoidal pulse) and the ability to operate at a frequency of 3600 operations per hour ensure reliability in dynamic applications.
