This robust Eaton CS-128/300 enclosure, made of high-quality steel and finished with a RAL 7035 powder coating, provides reliable protection for electrical and electronic components in demanding conditions. Design and functionality

The enclosure, measuring 1200 x 800 x 300 mm, is equipped with a mounting plate, simplifying device installation. Single doors with a two-point locking system provide secure access to the interior. The ability to change the door opening side (up to 120°) and robust hinges with a quick-release system increase comfort during installation and maintenance. Additionally, the enclosure has prepared openings for flanges in the bottom cover, enabling flexible cable routing.

Applications and compliance with standards

Enclosures from the CS series by Eaton are widely used as low-voltage distribution boards, protection against direct contact with live parts, and protection of equipment in environments with high dust levels and a risk of flooding. Compliance with IEC/EN 62208 guarantees that the enclosure meets the stringent requirements for use in switchgear assemblies according to IEC/EN 61439-2. The maximum load of the enclosure is 3900 N, the door – 400 N, and the mounting plate – 3500 N. Heat dissipation (Delta T = 20 K) is 141 W.
