The CS-64/250 enclosure is a solid and versatile solution for protecting and organizing electrical components. Made of durable steel with a powder coating in RAL 7035 (grey), it provides reliable protection in demanding industrial and commercial conditions. With an IP66 and IK10 protection rating, the enclosure effectively protects against dust, water and mechanical impact.

Design and user features

The enclosure with dimensions 600x400x250 mm is supplied with a mounting plate, which facilitates installation of devices. Equipped with a single lock with a double-bit key insert, it ensures secure access to the interior. The door can be mounted on both the left and right side, increasing flexibility during installation. The solid steel sheet construction guarantees stability and durability, and the specially profiled frame drains water, minimizing the risk of corrosion. Additionally, the enclosure can be mounted on a wall, pole or as a free-standing unit (using appropriate accessories).

Applications and compliance with standards

The CS-64/250 enclosure is ideal as a distribution board for power distribution, a cover protecting against direct contact with live parts, and protection of devices in environments with high dust levels and risk of flooding. It meets the requirements of IEC/EN 62208, which confirms its compliance with regulations regarding use in low-voltage switchgear (IEC/EN 61439-2). The maximum permissible load of the enclosure is 2250 N, the door – 250 N, and the mounting plate – 2000 N. The NEMA protection rating is 12. Heat dissipation (Delta T = 20 K) is 45 W.
