Design and user features

The enclosure design is designed for easy installation and convenience. The mounting plate included in the set allows for direct mounting of devices, and the ability to change the door opening side – without tools – increases installation flexibility. Solid locks with a double-bit key provide a high level of security, and a specially profiled frame drains water, minimizing the risk of corrosion. The enclosure also has holes for flanges, which facilitates the introduction of cables from above. The powder coating finish in RAL 7035 color guarantees durability and aesthetic appearance.

Applications and compliance with standards

The CS-75/200 enclosure is widely used as a distribution cabinet for low voltage distribution, a cover protecting against direct contact with energized parts, and protection of devices in environments with high dust and risk of flooding. Compliance with IEC/EN 62208 confirms its suitability in switchgear cabinets compliant with IEC/EN 61439-2. IK10 impact resistance provides additional security in places exposed to vandalism or accidental mechanical damage. The maximum load of the mounting plate is 2500 N, and the entire enclosure 2750 N, allowing for the installation of even heavy components.
