Universal steel enclosure with mounting plate

The CS-2520/150 enclosure is a solid and versatile solution for protecting and organizing electrical components. Made of high-quality steel, it provides reliable protection in demanding industrial and commercial conditions. With an IP66 protection rating, it effectively protects against dust and water jets, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications (with a recommended cover against direct exposure to the elements).

Design and user features

The enclosure design is intended for easy installation and convenient use. The profiled frame drains water, minimizing the risk of it entering the interior. The door, which opens at a 120° angle and can be repositioned to the left or right, facilitates access to installed devices. A mounting plate is included, allowing for stable mounting of equipment. The enclosure also has a lock with a double-bit key insert, increasing the level of security – it is possible to replace it with a key or Eaton patent insert. The powder-coated surface finish in RAL 7035 provides durable corrosion protection and an aesthetic appearance.

Applications and parameters

The CS-2520/150 enclosure is perfect as a distribution board for power distribution, protection for live parts, and protection of equipment in dusty and humid environments. It meets the requirements of IEC/EN 62208, guaranteeing its compliance with regulations regarding use in low-voltage switchgear (IEC/EN 61439-2). Its strength is confirmed by an impact resistance of IK10 and a maximum mounting plate load of 1250 N. Thanks to its compact dimensions (250x200x150 mm), the enclosure is ideal for applications where space is limited. Additionally, the possibility of wall, pole and recessed mounting increases its versatility.
