Steel enclosure for industrial and power applications

This robust enclosure with a mounting plate, measuring 300x300x150 mm, is a solid solution for protecting and organizing electrical components. Made of steel with a powder-coated gray finish (RAL 7035), it provides reliable protection in demanding industrial conditions. The enclosure meets IP66 and IK10 standards, guaranteeing high resistance to dust and water ingress, as well as mechanical damage.

The enclosure is designed for easy installation and convenient use. It features one mounting plate to facilitate device installation. The 120° opening door with the possibility of relocation to the left or right side increases flexibility during installation. A lock with a double-bit key provides additional security, and the option to order a lock with a key or Eaton patented cylinder allows you to customize the security level to individual needs. The solid construction of steel sheet (thickness unspecified) and welded door profiles with holes at 25 mm intervals facilitate the mounting of DIN rails and cable routing.

The CS-33/150 enclosure is ideal as a low-voltage distribution panel, a cover protecting against direct contact with live parts, and protection of equipment in environments with high dust and flooding risk. Its versatility allows for use in various industries – from power engineering to industrial automation. Thanks to compliance with IEC/EN 62208, the enclosure can be used in switchgear cabinets compliant with IEC/EN 61439-2. Additionally, special hinge pins allow for quick changing of the door opening side without the need for tools, while protecting the gasket from damage. The enclosure is designed for wall, pillar and recessed mounting. The maximum load of the enclosure is 1500 N, the door – 250 N, and the mounting plate – 1250 N.
