This two-way self-return manipulator from the Eaton Moeller® M22 series is an element designed to control devices requiring precise positioning. Its construction combines durability, functionality and resistance to harsh industrial conditions. It is ideal for both professional applications and everyday devices.

The manipulator is characterized by vertical movement and has two positions, which ensures intuitive operation and precise control. Self-return to the neutral position facilitates work and increases safety. Made of high-quality materials, it guarantees a long service life and reliable operation even in demanding conditions.

Design and application

The M22-WJ2V manipulator has been designed for easy central mounting, using a 22.5 mm diameter hole. The front ring made of durable titanium-colored plastic gives it an aesthetic appearance and provides resistance to mechanical damage. The joystick length is 75 mm, which ensures comfortable operation.

Durability and protection

The manipulator meets high protection standards, confirmed by CE certificates and compliance with IEC 60947-5, EN 60947-5, UL 508, CSA Std. C22.2 No. 94-91 and VDE standards. The IP66 and NEMA 4X/13 protection class guarantees resistance to dust and water ingress, enabling operation in difficult environmental conditions. In addition, it is resistant to mechanical shocks (according to IEC/EN 60068-2-27) and atmospheric influences (cyclic and constant humid heat). The mechanical durability is confirmed by a 100,000 operation cycle.

It is worth remembering that the elements of the RMQ-Titan series are also characterized by a high durability of LED lighting (up to 100,000 hours of continuous operation) and resistance to abrasion of inscriptions thanks to laser technology. Programmable buttons and the ability to change the self-return function increase the flexibility of using this manipulator in various control system configurations.
