The HIS-63/1 main disconnector is an isolating device designed for disconnecting electrical circuits in industrial and commercial installations. It features a single-pole design with a rated current of 63A and a voltage of 240V AC.
Construction and DIN rail mounting
The device is designed for easy installation on a standard TH35 DIN rail, occupying only one module width. Its compact design with a mounting depth of 69,5 mm allows for space savings in electrical switchboards.
The durable mechanical construction guarantees 16000 operating cycles. Screw terminals accommodate wire cross-sections from 2,5 mm² to 50 mm², enabling the connection of both thin control wires and thick power cables.
A busbar with a thickness of 0,8...1 mm ensures stable electrical connections. An additional safety feature is the padlock lockout capability, which prevents accidental switching during service or maintenance work.
Operating parameters and safety
The disconnector is characterized by high safety parameters - the short-circuit strength is 1 kA, and the rated breaking capacity reaches 12,5 kA. These values guarantee effective operation even under fault load conditions.
The device maintains a high continuous current up to 125A. The IP40 protection class protects against finger contact and access to hazardous parts with a wire.
