Construction and mounting
This contactor offers quick and safe mounting thanks to innovative Push-in connection technology. This technology reduces wiring time by up to 50% compared to traditional screw terminals, resulting in cost savings for installation and commissioning. In addition, Push-in terminals are characterized by high resistance to vibration and shock, minimizing the risk of loosening connections and increasing resistance. The dimensions of the contactor (45 mm width, 68 mm height and 75 mm depth) are identical to those of models with screw terminals, ensuring compatibility with existing installations. The ability to expand with additional auxiliary contacts – both front and side – increases configuration flexibility.
Operating parameters and application
The DILM9-01(24VDC)-PI contactor is designed to operate at a rated voltage of up to 690 V AC and a DC control voltage of 24V. The rated operating power for AC-3 is 4 kW at 400 V, and the rated operating current Ie for AC-3 is 9 A. Thanks to the AC-1 and AC-3 utilization categories, it is suitable for controlling various types of loads. A built-in suppression circuit (varistor in DC-controlled coils) protects against overvoltage and ensures stable device operation. The contactor has 3 normally closed main contacts and 1 normally open auxiliary contact, allowing you to implement various control functions. The rated operating current Ie for AC-1 is 22 A at 400 V and the rated operating power for AC-4 is 2.5 kW at 6A.
