A pair of IP40 side panels is a key element of the XVTL modular switchgear system, enabling the construction of complete electrical installations with a rated current up to 2500A. These components are specifically designed for xEnergy Light switchgear, ensuring full compatibility with the entire ecosystem.

High-quality construction and materials

The side panels are made of steel with a thickness adapted to industrial requirements, featuring a powder-coated surface in RAL 7035 (grey). This construction guarantees excellent mechanical resistance and an aesthetic appearance throughout many years of operation.

The component dimensions (290×50×400mm) have been precisely matched to the 12.5mm mounting pitch, allowing for easy integration with the rest of the system components. Each panel features mounting holes that enable a solid connection to the switchgear frame.

Application and system compatibility

The components are intended exclusively as side panels (not rear panels) for switchgear with a depth of 400mm. They are an integral part of the XVTL system expansion kits, allowing for the creation of configurations tailored to individual installation needs.

The product works with the full range of system accessories, including XVTL-VP vertical profiles, IP55 roof covers, and mounting plinths. Thanks to the modular design, it is possible to build switchgear of various heights (1400, 1600, 1800, 2000mm) and widths (425÷1200mm).

Operating parameters and safety

The XVTL system is characterized by protection class I and an IP40 protection rating, providing effective protection against dust and accidental contact with live parts. The components are adapted for operation in industrial conditions, maintaining full functionality throughout the product's entire life cycle.

Each pair includes a complete set of mounting elements (screws), eliminating the need to purchase additional accessories. The powder-coated surface provides an extra protective layer against corrosion and facilitates maintaining the cleanliness of the installation.
