Surface-mounted distribution board IP54, without equipment BPM-O-600/12 111025
Professional modular distribution board for surface mounting
The IP54 BPM-O-600/12 surface-mounted distribution board is a professional metal enclosure designed for electrical installations requiring high protection against environmental conditions. The product offers a capacity of 168 modules (7 rows of 24 modules each), making it an ideal solution for extensive industrial and commercial installations.
Construction and materials
The enclosure is made of steel, painted in RAL 7035 grey, ensuring an aesthetic appearance and surface durability. The side walls are welded, guaranteeing a solid construction without visible screw connections. The distribution board features a metal back wall with profiled reinforcing angles, which significantly increase the rigidity of the entire structure.
External dimensions are 620 × 290 × 1270 mm (width × height × depth), and the internal depth is 265 mm, providing sufficient space for cable routing and equipment mounting. The product features top entry holes, adapted for the mounting of F3A type flanges (available as accessories).
Utility features and functionality
The distribution board offers three ways to mount DIN rails and mounting plates: directly onto the back of the distribution board, using BPZ-MSW side mounting walls (requiring BPZ-CTS-L brackets), and via BPZ-TF and BPZ-TA fastening elements. The doors are split for widths of 1000 mm (400+600) and 1200 mm (600+600), facilitating access to the interior during servicing.
The product is supplied with cylinder locks and complies with the requirements of the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive. The IP54/IP55 protection rating ensures effective protection against dust and splashing water, allowing for installation in industrial environments.
Application and system compatibility
When mounting equipment directly on the back wall, it is attached to BPZ-FPS angles (ordered separately). Mounting equipment on BPZ-MSW side walls is done directly on them, with BPZ-CTS-L angles required (ordered separately) for this type of installation. Thanks to the possibility of expansion, the distribution board can be adapted to growing installation needs.
