Surface-mounted distribution box HERMETICA – reliable installation protection
The HERMETICA distribution box is a solid and functional solution for electrical power distribution, designed for both domestic and industrial applications. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures safe and long-lasting operation. It is particularly well suited for photovoltaic (PV) installations, thanks to its ability to operate with voltages up to 1000V DC.
Construction and application
The housing made of ABS and the door made of polycarbonate (PC) guarantee resistance to mechanical damage and UV radiation. The light gray RAL 7035 color makes it easy to integrate into various environments. The IP65 protection rating protects against dust and water ingress, allowing installation indoors and outdoors. The distribution box has 12 modules + 4 PE+N modules, providing great flexibility in circuit configuration. Knockout PG openings facilitate cable entry. The ability to hold the door in two positions – open and half-open – increases comfort during installation and maintenance.
Safety and compliance with standards
The product meets the requirements of PN-EN 62208:2011, confirming its safety and reliability. Impact resistance IK07 provides protection against mechanical damage. Insulation class II further increases the level of safety. Rated voltage 690V AC and 1000V DC allows use in a wide range of electrical installations, including those dedicated to photovoltaic systems. A wide operating temperature range (-20°C to +70°C) allows operation in harsh environmental conditions.
