Flush-mounted modular distribution board

This distribution board from Elektro-Plast Opatówek, from the DARP-120 Quiteline series, is a solid and functional solution for the safe distribution of electrical energy. Designed for flush mounting, it is ideal for both residential and commercial installations. It provides space for up to 120 modules (5 rows of 24 modules), allowing for flexible adaptation to the needs of a specific installation.

Construction and protection

The housing made of high-quality plastic and aluminum guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The white powder-coated aluminum door (RAL 9010) provides an aesthetic appearance and easy integration with the surroundings. The IP54 protection rating protects against access to hazardous elements and against moisture and dust, increasing safety. Additionally, the distribution board has an impact resistance of IK07. Protection class II provides additional protection against electric shock.

Functionality for professionals and users

Inside the distribution board are removable aluminum TH busbars (on slides) that facilitate the mounting of modular devices. Below the busbars there is a space (29 mm) allowing for free routing of cables. Insulated N+PE busbars ensure safe connection of neutral and protective conductors. Adjustable frames allow the distribution board to be adapted to different plaster thicknesses, and molded gaskets guarantee the tightness of the housing. The maximum permissible rated current is 125A, allowing it to be used in installations with higher energy demands. The set includes circuit description cards, which facilitate the identification of individual protections.

The distribution board meets the requirements of PN-EN 62208:2011, which confirms its compliance with applicable safety regulations.
