The DARP-168 QUITELINE flush-mounted distribution box is a reliable solution for electrical installations in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. It provides safe and aesthetic arrangement of electrical modules, protecting them from mechanical damage and environmental influences. The design of this distribution box has been carefully thought out both in terms of ease of installation for installers and functionality for end-users.

Construction and user features

Made of high-quality aluminum, the distribution box offers a solid and durable construction. Adjustable frames allow for adaptation to different plaster thicknesses, making installation easier in various conditions. The white (RAL 9010) powder-coated aluminum door provides an aesthetic appearance and easy integration into the interior. Inside, there are removable aluminum TH rails mounted on slides, which facilitate the installation of modular devices and provide freedom in routing cables thanks to the 29mm space under the rails. Insulated N+PE busbars increase safety. The entire structure is supported on TH35 rails, and the screws are made of stainless steel – this guarantees long-term reliability.

Safety and compliance with standards

The distribution box meets the requirements of PN-EN 62208:2011, which confirms its compliance with European safety standards. It has a protection degree of IP54, which means protection against splashing water and access to dangerous parts inside the housing. In addition, the IK07 impact resistance provides protection against mechanical damage. Protection class II further increases the level of safety. The maximum permissible rated current is 125A, allowing use in installations with higher loads.
