The S54 1F-12 current busbar is an element used for convenient and safe connection of circuit breakers and electrical apparatus of type S. Construction and application
The busbar is designed for easy installation and durability. Made of electrotechnical copper CuM1E, insulated with PVC plastic, it ensures stable operation in the temperature range from -20°C to +70°C. It is intended for the construction of electrical switchboards, where ensuring a safe and organized connection of elements is crucial. Its construction allows the connection of up to 17 devices.
The busbar has a conductor cross-section of 12 mm², which provides adequate current capacity for most domestic and industrial applications. The rated continuous current (Iu) is 63 A, guaranteeing safe operation of the installation under continuous load. The rated short-time withstand current (Icw) is 0.063 kA, providing protection against the effects of short circuits. It also features a rated impulse withstand voltage of 400 kV – high resistance to overvoltages. The electrical connection is made using fork terminals, which facilitates quick and secure cable mounting. The dimensions of the busbar are length 955 mm, width 15 mm and height 31 mm – compact dimensions make it easy to install even in tight spaces.
