Handwheel – Precision and Durability in Every Turn

The VRTP.100 A-10 handwheel is a reliable control element designed for demanding industrial applications. Made of high-impact polypropylene (PP) based technopolymer, it is characterized by resistance to solvents, oils, lubricants and other chemicals. This guarantees a long service life even in harsh working conditions. A matte finish ensures comfortable use and an aesthetic appearance.

Construction and mounting

The wheel core is made of black oxidized steel, with a through hole bored to a standard H7 tolerance, which facilitates precise mounting. A version with a keyway (H9 tolerance) is also available – simply add the “K” index to the product code when ordering. A self-adhesive disc made of anodized aluminum allows for easy identification and personalization of the wheel. The VRTP.375 version has a disc made of polyester (PBT) based technopolymer in gray RAL 7035 color, with a glossy finish. The wheel design is based on the original ELESA design, ensuring easy mounting and dismantling by pressing on the outer edge.

Additional accessories

To ensure stable mounting, it is recommended to use the GN 184:5 axial locking washer made of black oxidized steel (available separately).
