This 4.5-meter high aluminum lightning rod on a tripod is a key element of the surge protection system. It provides effective protection of metal roof elements and equipment – skylights, air conditioners, central ventilation units or ventilation ducts – against the effects of direct and indirect lightning strikes. Its construction allows for the creation of a protection zone around the protected objects.

Installation and application

It is ideal for places where direct connection to down conductors is difficult or impossible for safety reasons. Remember to use a pad under the concrete base (ordered separately) and possibly additional roof protection with roofing felt or membrane (94308222, 94308221) to increase the tightness and durability of the connection. The unfolded mast dimensions are 1187 x 1187 x 4670 mm.
