This reinforced insulated mast, made of aluminum, is a key element of the lightning protection system, providing effective protection of the roof and external equipment against the effects of lightning strikes. It is designed to protect metal roof elements, skylights, air conditioners, ventilation units and ventilation ducts. It serves as a support point for the Aldrey rope, allowing it to be suspended between lightning protection masts.

The mast has been designed for easy installation and effective operation. Its construction allows for the through mounting of two Aldrey ropes, and the insulated rod at the end (1m long) allows it to be placed near the protected device while maintaining an appropriate insulation distance. The reinforced construction ensures stability even in strong winds.

Construction and application

The mast is made of durable aluminum, which guarantees its lightness and corrosion resistance. Its versatility makes it suitable for both new installations and the modernization of existing lightning protection systems. The distance between masts connected by the Aldrey rope should not exceed 8 meters. Appropriate brackets should be selected for mounting the mast, adapted to the type of surface (e.g. 66000105).
