Concrete foundations – a solid base for lighting

The F-5/1-18 foundation is a prefabricated concrete element designed for the stable positioning of lighting poles. Its construction, integrated with M33 screw elements, ensures safe and durable installation. This foundation is particularly recommended in situations where high resistance to wind and static loads is required. Made of C-30 grade concrete, it guarantees strength and durability.

Prefabricated foundations, such as the F-5/1-18 model, are a convenient solution for both professional installers and end customers. They enable quick and precise installation of lighting poles, minimizing the time required for site preparation. Thanks to the use of M33 anchors and a complete set of nuts, washers and caps, the installation process is simplified and does not require specialized tools.

Construction and protection

The F-5/1-18 foundation is characterized by a height of 2750 mm and a spacing of 400 mm. It is made of reinforced concrete of class C-30, which provides it with high resistance to compression and tension. Steel elements (anchors, nuts, washers) are protected against corrosion by galvanizing and additionally covered with caps made of polyethylene resistant to UV radiation and low temperatures. The whole is protected with a factory-made ABIZOL-type waterproofing preparation – this is crucial for protection against moisture and corrosion in outdoor conditions.

The use of C-30 grade concrete in combination with appropriate reinforcement allows for the transfer of large static and dynamic loads, which is particularly important in areas exposed to strong winds or heavy traffic. Thanks to this, the foundation ensures the stability of the lighting pole for a long time. Additionally, cable entry holes with a cross-section of max 4x95 mm² facilitate the connection of the electrical installation.
