The cores are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the entire cable is surrounded by a black coating of the same material, resistant to UV radiation. This construction allows for safe cable routing in various atmospheric and environmental conditions. The color coding of the cores (black, brown, gray, green-yellow) facilitates identification during assembly and maintenance.
