This YKSY 0.6/1 kV signal cable with 10 cores, each 4 mm² in cross-section, is a reliable solution for a wide range of electrical installations. It performs reliably in cable trays, as well as inside industrial equipment, production lines, and control and safety systems. This cable is designed for transmitting electrical energy under moderate climate conditions.

Construction and application

The YKSY cable features PVC insulation and PVC outer sheath. The designation YKSY indicates its use as a signal cable (S) with PVC insulation (Y) and PVC outer sheath (Y). The cable conductors are twisted to enhance immunity to interference. Each conductor is color-coded for easy identification during installation – brown for the metering conductor, blue for the directional conductor, and others in various colors (excluding green, yellow, brown, and blue). An optional digital marking is available using black conductors with white printing. Conductors are made of round, single-wire copper, Class 1. The diameter of each individual conductor is 20.5 mm, and the overall cable outer diameter is approximately 17.8 mm. The minimum bending radius during fixed installation is 178 mm.
