YKSYżo 0.6/1 kV cable is a versatile solution for transmitting control and measurement signals across a wide range of applications. It performs reliably in industrial installations as well as in public and commercial buildings. The construction featuring copper conductors and PVC insulation ensures excellent resistance to external factors and long-term reliability. This cable is particularly recommended for connections within machines, control and measuring devices, and automation systems.

Construction and application

The YKSYżo cable consists of 24 single-wire copper conductors, each with a cross-section of 1 mm². The conductors are twisted to minimize electromagnetic interference and ensure stable signal transmission. Insulation made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) protects against mechanical damage and moisture. The entire cable is covered with an outer PVC sheath, providing additional protection against atmospheric conditions. Thanks to this design, the cable can be used in both dry and humid indoor environments, but it is not intended for direct burial.

Parameters and key features

The YKSYżo cable is rated for a nominal voltage of 1000 V and allows a maximum conductor operating temperature of 70°C. The diameter of a single conductor is 21.5 mm, with an approximate outer cable diameter of 19.8 mm. The minimum bending radius during fixed installation is 198 mm — this should be considered when designing the cable route. The absence of shielding and armor makes the cable lighter and easier to install, though it reduces its immunity to electromagnetic interference in high-radiation environments. The conductor insulation is color-coded, facilitating easy identification of individual wires during installation.
