YKSY 37x1.5 0.6/1 kV cable is a reliable solution for transmitting control signals and power in industrial environments. Its construction with 37 copper conductors, each 1.5 mm² in cross-section, ensures high flexibility and enables simultaneous connection of multiple devices. This cable is particularly suitable for production lines, cable tray installations, and connections of control and safety equipment.

Construction and properties

The YKSY cable features a robust design engineered for durability and safety. The conductors are single-wire, Class 1 copper, insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and enclosed in an outer PVC sheath. This combination provides resistance to mechanical damage and external environmental factors. The conductors are twisted to enhance immunity to electromagnetic interference. Color-coded conductors simplify identification during installation and servicing – brown for the metering conductor, blue for the directional conductor, and other conductors in various colors (excluding green, yellow, brown, and blue). Digital marking of conductors (black with white print) further facilitates identification.

Applications and specifications

This cable performs excellently in fixed installations requiring high reliability and resistance to environmental conditions. With a rated voltage of 1 kV and a maximum conductor operating temperature of 70°C, it is suitable for a wide range of applications. The approximate outer cable diameter is 24.1 mm, with an individual conductor diameter of 22.7 mm. The minimum bending radius for fixed installation is 241 mm – this should be considered when designing the cable route. The cable has no armor or shield, which enhances its flexibility and simplifies installation in confined spaces. It meets fire reaction class Eca, providing a basic level of fire safety.
