Construction and properties
The YKSYFty cable features a robust design. Copper conductors, insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), are twisted to reduce interference. The entire assembly is covered with an outer PVC sheath, providing protection against mechanical damage and environmental influences. An additional reinforcing tape beneath the outer sheath enhances resistance to tension and compression. This cable does not include a protective barrier or shield, making it a suitable choice for applications where high protection against electromagnetic interference is not required.
