Construction and Application

The YKSY cable consists of seven cores, each with a cross-section of 6 mm², individually insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The cores are twisted to minimize electromagnetic interference, which is especially critical in control systems. The outer sheath, also made of PVC, provides additional protection against mechanical damage and environmental factors. Color-coded core identification (brown – phase, blue – neutral, others in various colors) simplifies identification during installation and maintenance. Optional digital marking (black with white print) further enhances usability.
