Construction and properties

The YKSY cable is characterized by a solid construction. Copper cores are insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the whole is surrounded by an external coating also made of PVC. This construction provides resistance to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors. Additionally, the cable has fire protection – it meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 standard, confirming its fire resistance. The cable is equipped with a protective conductor, which increases safety. Core identification is done using numbers, which facilitates assembly and servicing.
