This yellow and black control box is designed for convenient and safe operation of lifting devices, cranes and other industrial machines. Equipped with five buttons, including a clear 30mm emergency stop button, it provides full control over the work process. The box design allows for controlling devices in one direction of speed, which is useful in many industrial applications.

Solid construction and protection in harsh conditions

The housing made of durable ABS guarantees resistance to mechanical damage and weathering. The IP65 protection class means that the box is dustproof and protected against water jets, allowing for safe use even in demanding industrial conditions. A wide operating temperature range (from -5 to +85°C) ensures reliable operation regardless of the environment. A cable gland with a rubber sleeve with a diameter of 8 to 17 mm facilitates connection and protects the cables.

Functionality and safety for installers and users

The box offers intuitive operation thanks to four arrow buttons for controlling movement up-down and left-right. The 30 mm emergency stop button with a latching function ensures immediate stopping of the device in crisis situations, increasing operator safety. Screw terminals allow connection of wires with a cross-section of 0.5 - 2.5 mm² without the need for additional ferrules (depending on the model). The box has double insulation and meets the standards EN/IEC 60947-5-1, VDE 0660 and UL 508, which confirms its compliance with European safety standards. Mechanical direction lock prevents accidental activation of multiple functions simultaneously. Mechanical endurance of 500,000 cycles guarantees long device life.
