This hermetic DCAC distribution box, designed by EMITER, combines photovoltaic installation protection with user convenience. The enclosure with an IP65 protection degree guarantees the safety of components in harsh weather conditions, and the Noark surge arresters used inside the device provide effective protection against the effects of lightning strikes. This is an ideal solution for both outdoor and indoor installations with increased humidity.

Protection and optimization of installation operation

Inside the distribution box there is a Noark 1000V type 2 DC surge arrester, which protects against differential and common mode surges. Additionally, it has been adapted to cooperate with MPPT charge controllers and Noark type 2 AC heaters with a current of 16A. This configuration allows for optimization of the photovoltaic installation operation and increased efficiency. It allows connecting one string of photovoltaic panels.
