Functionality and application
The busbar processing kit is designed to work with copper and aluminum busbars, as well as ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR systems. The hydraulic bending machine allows for forming busbars with a maximum cross-section of 2000 mm², and the adjustable bending height ensures precision when creating "V" and "Z" shapes. The hydraulic shear enables quick and accurate cutting of solid busbars with dimensions of 125 x 12 mm. It is important to note that cutting solid busbars with this shear may cause damage to it.
The kit also includes a hydraulic punch for solid and ERIFLEX FLEXIBAR busbars, which allows for creating holes of various diameters (separate punches and dies are required). The four-stage knob makes it easy to select the appropriate machine for the task at hand.
