WO type punches are indispensable tools for creating round holes in steel, aluminum, and stainless steel sheets. They are widely used in the electrical installation industry, in the production of switchboards, control panels, and anywhere where precise cutting of holes for indicator lights, cable glands, buttons or other mounting elements is required. Made of high-quality steel with increased strength, they are characterized by increased durability of the cutting elements and the draw screw/pin.

WO punches work with both manual and hydraulic drives (with GW and GW2 heads), providing flexibility depending on the specifics of the task and available resources. They are designed to work with sheets up to 2 mm thick (for steel with Rm < 450 MPa), and even up to 3 mm when combined with GW and GW2 heads. The design of the punches ensures easy removal of waste – up to a diameter of 38.5 mm it is cut into two parts, and with larger diameters it deforms, making it easier to remove from the die.

Please note that the screw and draw pin are not part of the standard set and require separate ordering. WO punches are compatible with EWHE 80, WHE 80, WH 100 and WHP 1 punches. When working with stainless steel sheets, it is recommended to use WON type punches (up to 1.5 mm thickness). It is also worth paying attention to compatibility with various types of heads (GW, GW2) and the possibility of using the SW 500 punching station for precise stationary processing.
