The weight of individual variants ranges from 3.56 g (KCR 5-10) to 840 g (KCR 16-625). Units are standardly packed in quantities from 1 piece to 50 pieces.
Tool compatibility and production process
The lugs are compatible with a range of crimping tools (EPZC300, EPZ300, GZ300, HRZ300, PRZ240, PR33, GO300, HR300, GU300), enabling integration with existing technological lines without the need for investment in specialized equipment.
The assembly process is supported by instructions contained in the technical manuals of the tools. The die selection system allows for the selection of crimping parameters for a specific combination of core cross-section and fastening bolt.
