Compact brass mixing valve DZR, intended for heating and cooling systems

The valve is made of dezincification‑resistant brass (DZR), which guarantees durability in humid and aggressive environments, such as heating installations with hard water or glycol. The body is uncoated – the surface remains raw, eliminating the risk of coating loss and ensuring long‑term stability.

Flow through the valve is characterized by a very low internal leakage – less than 0.05 % of the Kvs value. This means that even at minimal opening there is no significant mixing of flows, which is crucial for precise temperature regulation in heating circuits, e.g., underfloor heating or radiators with thermostatic heads.

Connections are external threads (G 1″), allowing direct screwing onto pipes without additional fittings. The working length of each connection is 36 mm – sufficient for safe and stable installation even in tight spaces. Overall dimensions (A = 36 mm, B = 72 mm, C = 32 mm) make the valve compact and space‑saving.

Maximum differential pressure in the open position is 1 bar – adequate for most heating systems with low‑power circulation pumps. Pressure class PN 10 confirms compliance with low‑pressure installation standards. Operating temperature range from –10 °C to +110 °C allows use in both gas boilers and cooling systems with low‑temperature heat sources.

The flow characteristic is linear – the knob position change proportionally affects flow, facilitating manual or automatic regulation. A Kvs of 6.3 corresponds to a flow of approximately 6.3 m³/h at a 1 bar pressure drop – suitable for typical domestic circuits of medium capacity.

The valve works perfectly with ESBE ARA600 actuators thanks to a special coupling, providing precise and repeatable positioning without play. The position scale can be rotated and reversed, allowing the installer to set its orientation for convenient access without reworking the piping.

Weight is 0.55 kg – a light yet solid component, easy to transport and install even in hard‑to‑reach locations. There are no compression fittings or rotating nuts – it is a pure threaded valve intended for direct pipe connection.
