Functionality and technical parameters

The ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker is characterized by a rated current of 25A and has a C characteristic, which means it reacts more slowly to short-term current surges – an ideal solution for circuits with receivers with high inrush current, e.g. motors. The two-pole design allows for the protection of two phase conductors. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity Icn is 6kA at both 230V and 400V, ensuring effective protection against serious failures. Mounting is on a TH35 rail, and the width of the device is only 2 modules – space saving in the distribution board is therefore guaranteed. A wide connection range allows connection of solid and stranded wires with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm². Universal application ensures operation at temperatures from -25°C to +55°C and at frequencies of 50/60 Hz. A high degree of protection IP20 protects against touch and ingress of solid objects. Additional functionalities, such as the possibility of mounting auxiliary contacts and an overcurrent release, increase the flexibility of the circuit breaker's application. Compliance with IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC 60947-2 standards confirms its safety and reliability.

Installation and additional features

The ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker has been designed with easy installation and convenience in mind. The possibility of power supply from above and below, as well as the double connection of the insulating busbar, facilitate installation in various conditions. The switching lever has an "ON/OFF" marking and the possibility of sealing in both positions, which prevents accidental change of the circuit breaker status. Each unit is marked with a unique EAN code for easy identification. The contact position indicator allows for a quick visual check of the device status.
