ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker is a proven safety element for electrical installations in residential, public and industrial buildings. Its task is to protect circuits against the effects of overloads and short circuits, ensuring safe use and minimizing the risk of failure. Functionality and technical parameters

This three-pole (3P) circuit breaker with a rated current of 1A is characterized by a C characteristic. This means that it reacts more slowly to short-term current surges, which is particularly important when connecting devices with motors or other loads generating inrush current. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity (Icn) is 6kA at both 230V and 400V, which ensures effective protection in the event of a short circuit. The circuit breaker is designed to operate at temperatures from -25°C to +55°C and has a protection degree of IP20 - it protects against touching with a finger and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. The possibility of connecting wires with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm² (solid and stranded) facilitates installation and adaptation to different types of installations.

Installation and additional functions

ETIMAT 6 offers a wide range of installation options - it can be mounted on a TH35 rail from both the top and the bottom. Additionally, the circuit breaker is compatible with additional equipment, such as auxiliary contacts (PS ETIMAT 10) and overcurrent releases (DA ETIMAT 10), which allows for expanding functionality and adapting to specific installation needs. The contact position indicator and the possibility of sealing the switching lever increase safety. The circuit breaker also has an "ON/OFF" marking on the switching lever for easy identification of the operating status. Compliance with IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC 60947-2 standards confirms its high quality and safety of use.
