ETIMAT 6 circuit breakers are characterized by a rated current of 32A and a C tripping characteristic, which means they react to overloads and short circuits, ensuring the safety of the installation and connected devices. The C characteristic allows them to react more slowly to short current surges, making them well-suited for starting devices with a motor. A width of 3 modules facilitates mounting in electrical distribution boards. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity is 6kA at both 230V and 400V, providing a high level of safety in the event of a failure.

Construction and mounting

The ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker has been designed for easy mounting on a TH35 rail. The ability to connect wires with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm² provides flexibility in choosing the appropriate cables. The degree of protection IP20 protects against accidental contact, and the wide operating temperature range (-25°C to +55°C) allows use in various environmental conditions. Additionally, the circuit breaker has the possibility of sealing the lever in the "On" and "Off" positions, which prevents unauthorized changes to the device's status.
