This LXN250 floor-standing enclosure is a versatile solution for mounting and protecting electrical infrastructure. It is suitable for both workshops and industrial facilities, providing safe and organized placement of equipment. The enclosure design is intended for easy installation and subsequent modification, which will be appreciated by professionals. Construction and application

The LXN250 enclosure is made of high-quality powder-coated steel sheet in gray (RAL 7035), which ensures an aesthetic appearance and corrosion resistance. The height of the enclosure is 1850 mm (1950 mm with plinth), the width is 300 mm, and the depth is 250 mm. This offers sufficient space for mounting various electrical components. The included plinth with a height of 100 mm facilitates stable positioning of the enclosure on the floor. The enclosure is intended for indoor use, but thanks to the appropriate degree of protection, it can also be used in conditions exposed to moisture or dust.

Safety and protection

The enclosure meets the requirements of IEC/EN 62208, IEC/EN 60529, IEC/EN 62262 and IEC/EN 61439-1 standards, confirming its compliance with European safety standards. It has protection class I, which means that all metal parts are grounded. The degree of protection IP41 (can be increased to IP42 or IP44 by additional sealing) protects against access to hazardous parts and against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm. Additionally, the enclosure is characterized by high mechanical resistance IK10 – it withstands impacts with an energy of 5 J. A three-point door locking system with a system key lock (code 1333) provides additional protection against unauthorized access.

Flexibility and expandability

The enclosure design allows for easy modification and adaptation to individual needs. The possibility of removing the rear wall facilitates cable routing and mounting additional elements. Factory-sealed cutouts in the side walls allow for free passage of cabling between enclosures connected in sets. The enclosure is compatible with the SOLID GSX system, allowing it to be equipped with dedicated mounting plates, TH35 rails, covers and other accessories. The possibility of dividing the internal space using EP-B dividing elements and BL-WP beams provides complete freedom in configuring mounting inserts.
