Flush-mounted distribution box – a solid solution for your installation

This empty flush-mounted distribution box from the SOLID GSX series is a reliable element of any electrical installation. Made of steel, it provides durable protection and safe placement of equipment. It is ideal for both residential and commercial buildings where a discreet and aesthetic installation is required.

Construction and mounting – well-thought-out solutions for professionals

The distribution box has been designed for easy installation and subsequent modification. The cassette has knockouts for cutting holes for cables, and mounting holes in the recess (9 mm and 6 mm keyholes) allow for stable mounting using expansion bolts or mounting foam. The frame adjustment range of approx. 15 mm allows compensation for minor inaccuracies during installation. Removable mounting inserts facilitate the installation and servicing of equipment, and the hinges allow for trouble-free swinging of the door to the left or right – without the use of tools. The internal frame is equipped with heat-welded M6 nuts for mounting vertical supports and connecting the protective conductor, ensuring the continuity of the electrical circuit of the protective circuit.

Safety and functionality – protection of your installation

The housing is made of durable steel and coated with powder coating (RAL 7035), which ensures resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage (IK10). It has a standard protection class of IP42, which protects against access to dangerous parts and the ingress of solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. The possibility of sealing the door allows increasing the degree of protection to IP44. The door is equipped with two patented locks with key code 1333, ensuring the security of access to the inside of the distribution box. The rated current of 250A makes the distribution box suitable for medium-load applications. Inside there is space for as many as 144 modules (24 modules per row), providing a great deal of freedom in configuring the installation.
