Flush-mounted enclosure for mounting electrical equipment

This flush-mounted enclosure from ETI Polam, model ECG70, is a solid and functional solution for the safe mounting of modular equipment in residential buildings, offices, schools, and industrial facilities. It provides an appropriate IP40 protection rating and Class II protection, guaranteeing safe operation. The design allows for aesthetic and discreet placement of the distribution board in the wall.

### Construction and application

The enclosure is designed for flush mounting and offers space for 60 modules plus 10 additional modules. Made of high-quality plastic, it has metal doors in white color. The ability to mount it in concrete, brick (using angle brackets) or plasterboard (special mounting brackets from the back) provides great flexibility during installation. The well-thought-out hinge design allows for easy changing of the door opening direction – right or left.

### Functionality and equipment

The enclosure is equipped with removable top and bottom cable glands for convenient cable entry and a TH rail frame, allowing for pre-wiring in the workshop before installation. It standardly includes PE/N terminals (30 pieces each), which can be mounted in the upper or lower part of the enclosure. Additionally, the set includes mounting brackets for wall and plasterboard mounting, a 6-module blanking plate, and a label. The ability to seal the cover and use a lock with a key increases security against unauthorized access. ETI Polam ECG70 enclosures can be connected vertically (ECGBRV brackets) and horizontally (ECGBRHP brackets), making it easier to create extensive installations.
