Reliable installation protection with NH000 gG 25A/400V fuse link
The NH000 gG 25A/400V fuse link is an element used to protect electrical installations against the effects of short circuits and overloads. It is a proven component that meets the requirements of PN-93/E-06160 (gF), PN-IEC-269 and VDE 0636 standards. Designed for both industrial and building installations, it provides effective protection for wires and devices.
Construction and characteristic features
The fuse link is made of high-quality materials – a steatite (thermally stable material) body, silver-plated brass knife contacts and an aluminum cover, which guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. The inside of the fuse link is filled with quartz sand of a special granulation, providing a high short-circuit breaking capacity (120 kA) and stable electrical parameters. This ensures that the device maintains its properties for a long time.
The KOMBI version, equipped with a dual operating indicator – a red eye on the ceramic body and a springy plate on the top cover – facilitates quick identification of a blown fuse. Additionally, the indicator on the top cover allows cooperation with the NVS 5 microswitch for remote signaling of the fuse link status. Silver-plated knife contacts facilitate mounting in a fuse base or fuse disconnector.
Application and parameters
The NH000 gG 25A/400V fuse link is designed to protect wires with a time-current characteristic corresponding to slow-blow (gG) fuse links. Its rated current is 25A at 400V AC. The total Joule integral of switching is 5470 A²s, and the pre-arcing 1200 A²s. Power losses are 2.6W. It meets IEC 60269-1 and IEC 60269-2 standards. This makes it a reliable protection for various electrical circuits.
