Reliable installation protection with NH4 gG 630A/500V fuse link
The NH4 gG 630A/500V fuse link is a protective element designed to protect electrical installations from the effects of short circuits and overloads. It is a proven component that meets the requirements of PN-93/E-06160 (gF), PN-IEC-269 and VDE 0636 standards. The fuse link is characterized by a time-delay characteristic, which means that it allows for short-term exceeding of the rated current without disconnecting the circuit – an ideal solution for devices with motors or other loads with high starting current.
Construction and features of the fuse link
The fuse link is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its reliability and durability. The steatite body provides thermal stability, and the silver-plated brass knife contacts minimize resistance and ensure a secure connection. The fuse link has a single operating indicator – a red spring blade on the top cover – which facilitates quick identification of a blown fuse. Additionally, the fuse link is characterized by a high short-circuit interrupting capacity AC of 120 kA. Filling the body with quartz sand of a special granulation ensures stability of electrical parameters and high extinguishing efficiency.
Application and compatibility
The NH4 gG 630A/500V fuse link is used in industrial installations, power distribution boards and wherever reliable protection against overloads and short circuits is required. It is compatible with fuse bases and fuse disconnectors. The possibility of cooperation with the NVS 5 micro-switch enables remote signaling of the fuse link operation, which increases safety and facilitates fault diagnosis. Remember to use insulated grips (NH…/I…) for additional safety during installation and replacement of fuse links.
