The NH1 gG 250A/500V knife fuse link is a protective element designed to protect electrical installations from the effects of short circuits and overloads. It is a proven component manufactured in accordance with PN-93/E-06160 (gF), PN-IEC-269 and VDE 0636 standards. Construction and characteristic features

The fuse link is made of high-quality steatite, ensuring thermal stability. The knife contacts are silver-plated, guaranteeing good electrical contact and minimizing power losses. The body is filled with quartz sand of a special granulation, which affects the high short-circuit breaking capacity – up to 120kA. A key feature of this fuse link is the dual indication of operation (KOMBI), consisting of a red eye in the central part of the ceramic body and a springy plate on the top cover. This solution ensures easy and reliable visual identification of a blown fuse, both in the fuse base and in the disconnector. Additionally, the indicator on the top cover allows cooperation with the NVS 5 microswitch for remote signaling of the fuse status.
