The NH2 355A/500V knife fuse link is a protective element designed to protect electrical installations from the effects of overloads and short circuits. Construction and characteristic features

The fuse link is characterized by a solid construction based on a body made of steatite – a material with high thermal stability. The knife contacts are made of silver-plated brass, which ensures good electrical contact and minimizes power losses. The aluminum covers guarantee corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. The fuse link has a double tripping indicator – a red eye in the central part of the ceramic body and a springy plate on the top cover, which facilitates quick identification of a blown fuse and speeds up the replacement process. The body is filled with quartz sand of a special granulation, which ensures a high short-circuit breaking capacity.
