NH1/WT-1 gF 160A/500V fuse link is a protective element designed to protect electrical installations from the effects of overloads and short circuits. Its construction and electrical parameters have been developed in accordance with PN-93/E-06160, PN, IEC-269 and VDE 0636 standards, which guarantees reliable operation and safety. Designed for mounting in dedicated fuse holders with an insulating handle.

Construction and characteristic features

The body of the fuse link is made of high-quality steatite, a material resistant to high temperatures and thermal loads. Aluminum covers provide durable protection against corrosion. Inside the ceramic body there is a fusing element made of copper, attached to silver-plated knife contacts – this ensures optimal conductivity and connection reliability. The interior is filled with quartz sand of precisely selected granulation, which stabilizes the operation of the fusing element.

The fuse link is equipped with a double tripping indicator (KOMBI), which facilitates quick identification of a blown fuse. A standard indicator in the form of a springy strip and a red eye on the body indicate the need for replacement.
