The IZ16/3F/12/STV insulated busbar is a high-quality power system component designed for professional electrical installations. Design parameters include a cross-section of 16mm² and a length of 210mm, which corresponds to a standard width of 12 modules. The spacing between elements is 27mm, ensuring proper ventilation and installation safety.
The product is used as an energy distribution element in ETIBOX modular distribution boards and other switchgear systems. It enables connections between a maximum of 4 single-phase or multi-phase devices, significantly accelerating the assembly process compared to traditional wire connections. The design provides more free space inside the distribution board and a more aesthetic appearance of the electrical connections.

The device operates at a rated continuous current of 100A and a rated voltage AC/DC of up to 500V, making it suitable for most residential and commercial applications. The insulation strength is 2.5kV, and the insulation resistance exceeds 2.5MΩ (in accordance with PN-EN 53482), guaranteeing safe operation even in demanding environmental conditions.
The product maintains parameter stability within a temperature range from -20°C to +50°C, passes the glow wire test at 850°C, and has a V-O flammability rating. These parameters ensure reliable operation over a long service life.
