Construction and materials

The busbar is made of Cu M1E copper for the conducting part and flame-retardant PVC V0 (UL94) for the insulation. This combination of materials guarantees excellent electrical conductivity and high resistance to environmental conditions. The fork design enables fast and secure mounting of conductors with a cross-section of 16 mm², which is standard in most industrial and construction installations.

The plastic housing made of V0 class material provides self-extinguishing properties and resistance to flame spread. As a result, the busbar meets the highest fire safety requirements in electrical installations.

Operating parameters and compatibility

The device operates in a wide temperature range from -25°C to +70°C, allowing for installation in both heated and unheated rooms. The maximum operating voltage is 690V, and the rated insulation voltage reaches 1500V, ensuring safe operation even in demanding applications.

The busbar is compatible with a wide range of ETI brand devices, including ETIMAT 6, ETIMAT SV, and ETIMAT 10. The pitch between elements of 17.8 mm allows for precise component placement within the switchboard. The product meets the requirements of key European standards: PN-EN 60947-1 (general rules), PN-EN 60947-7-1 (busbars), and PN-EN 60947-7-2 (protective elements). The degree of protection against electric shock is IP20, which is standard for components mounted inside switchboards.

The impulse withstand voltage reaches 6 kV, protecting the installation from the effects of atmospheric and switching surges. Pollution degree II means it can be used in environments with increased dust levels without additional protection.
