ETIMAT 10 circuit breakers are characterized by versatility and the ability to adapt to different needs. The possibility of mounting additional auxiliary contacts and overcurrent and undervoltage releases expands the scope of their application. A wide range of conductor connection (from 1 to 25 mm²) allows for adaptation to various conductor cross-sections in the installation. Additionally, these circuit breakers offer the possibility of power supply from both the top and the bottom, which increases flexibility during installation.

Technical characteristics and safety

This three-pole circuit breaker with a rated current of 20A has a B characteristic, which means that it reacts quickly to an increase in short-circuit current, but tolerates short-term current surges during the starting of devices with a motor – this is important when protecting circuits with inductive loads. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity (Icn) is 10 kA at 230V and 400V, and the Icu capacity reaches 15 kA at 400V and 15 kA at 230V – this ensures effective protection against damage caused by a short circuit. The IP20 degree of protection guarantees protection against accidental contact. The circuit breaker operates in a temperature range from -25°C to +55°C and at a frequency of 50/60 Hz. Compliance with IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC 60947-2 standards confirms its safety and reliability.

Additional functions, such as the possibility of sealing the lever in the "On" and "Off" positions, ON/OFF marking on the switching lever and contact position indicator, increase comfort of use and safety of work. Each circuit breaker is marked with a unique EAN code for easy identification.
