ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker is a proven protection element in electrical installations, used in both residential buildings and public and industrial facilities. Functionality and technical parameters

This three-pole (3P) circuit breaker with a rated current of 1.6 A is designed to operate in networks with a voltage of 400 V. The rated short-circuit breaking capacity Icn is 6 kA at both 230 V and 400 V, ensuring a quick response in the event of a failure. The C characteristic means that the circuit breaker reacts more slowly to short-term current surges, which is important when connecting receivers with motors or other elements generating high inrush current. Made of high-quality materials, it meets the requirements of IEC/EN 60898-1 and IEC 60947-2 standards. The IP20 degree of protection provides basic protection against touch and ingress of solid objects.

Installation and additional options

The ETIMAT 6 circuit breaker offers great flexibility in installation thanks to the possibility of connecting wires with a cross-section from 1 to 25 mm². The possibility of power supply from above and below, as well as the double connection to the insulated busbar, facilitate installation in various configurations. Additionally, the circuit breaker is compatible with additional accessories – auxiliary contacts (PS ETIMAT 10) and an overcurrent release (DA ETIMAT 10), which allows for expanding the functionality of the protection system. The contact position indicator and the possibility of sealing the lever provide an additional level of safety and control over the device's status.
